The terms and conditions on this page are the current policies that apply to all players using the kkk2d platform (https://kkk2d.app) and all related services. By registering an account, logging in, making deposits or withdrawals, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to and committed to following all of these terms and conditions.

kkk2d reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. We encourage players to check this page regularly and not go long periods without reviewing it.

1.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to register an account and play on the kkk2d platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from playing. kkk2d reserves the right to verify a player's age at any time, and accounts that cannot provide proof of age may be suspended.

1.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may only register one account on kkk2d. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, phone number, or payment channel is prohibited. If this policy is found to have been violated, all funds and bonuses across those accounts may be confiscated.

1.3 Accurate Information

All personal information provided during registration — including your name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. kkk2d reserves the right to block withdrawals from accounts registered with false information.

1.4 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party. kkk2d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

kkk2d's welcome bonus is 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. Each player is entitled to this bonus once only.

• For a deposit of 840,000 Ks, the bonus is 500,000 Ks — total balance 1,340,000 Ks — and the player must wager 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn
• To avoid complications, players must claim this bonus within 7 days of making a deposit

3.2 VIP Program Cashback

kkk2d's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP tier progression is based on playing activity, so kkk2d takes the player's betting behaviour into account when making this determination.

3.3 Referral Program

Under kkk2d's referral program, any player who refers a friend will receive an 8% bonus on that friend's first deposit (up to 30,000 Ks per person), plus 0.3% of that friend's valid wagered amount as a weekly commission.

3.4 General Bonus Policy

• kkk2d reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice
• If bonus abuse or a breach of promotion terms is detected, the bonus amount may be forfeited
• Bonuses cannot be claimed before a deposit has been made

5.1 Data Collection

kkk2d collects and stores players' personal information solely for the purpose of providing this platform's services and carrying out security checks. Full details of the types of data collected and how they are used can be found in the Privacy Policy.

5.2 SSL Encryption

kkk2d protects players' financial and personal information using SSL encryption. Payment channels KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay are secured through a trusted and protected monitoring system.

5.3 Sharing with Third Parties

kkk2d does not sell or share players' personal information with third parties without legal requirement. We commit to disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities only when required by local law.

7.1 kkk2d Service Decisions

kkk2d reserves the right to change, modify, or suspend the platform's services, games, bonuses, and promotions without prior notice. kkk2d is not responsible for any losses resulting from such changes.

7.2 Account Suspension / Freezing

kkk2d reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• If suspected fraudulent financial activity is detected
• When it is believed that a player is using a third party's funds
• If a legal action or law enforcement request arises

7.3 Legitimate Fund Refunds

When kkk2d closes an account, we will make reasonable efforts to refund legitimate balances after completing appropriate verification and confirming identity. Bonus funds and balances obtained through violations are not eligible for refund.

kkk2d does its best to serve players on a secure and trustworthy platform, however—

• Network failures or technical issues arising outside of kkk2d's control
• Delays from banks and payment service providers
• Losses caused by a player's own failure to maintain account security

kkk2d is not responsible for losses arising from these circumstances.
